How we run the mill

Notes on pressing, milling and the stages that turn harvest into finished product.

How we run the mill

Harvest arrives as agricultural material. It leaves as finished production. Between those two points the mill runs a sequence: receive, process on the dedicated line, check, and pack.

This note is not a magazine piece and not a product list. It describes how the plant is organised — the same order whether the line is pressing oil, milling meal, preparing sesame, or drying and freezing fruit.

The sequence

  • Agricultural material is received at intake
  • Each group is processed on its own line
  • Control sits inside the stage that matters, not after it as a claim
  • Finished production is packed for partners who work with bulk ingredients

Quality is that sequence. Export is how packed production is prepared to leave.
