Agricultural origin is the first stage of production. Seed, fruit and oilseed are grown, harvested and received into our own lines in Türkiye — pressing, milling, drying and preparing material until it leaves as finished production.
This page is not a list of certificates, carbon figures or capacity claims. It describes the working method: the harvest used in full, processed in-house, with organic and conventional paths kept distinct.
From farming to the mill
Organic production and conventional production run side by side before material enters those lines. How those paths are kept distinct is set out on Organic Production. How the mill is checked is set out on Quality.

03 Processing

The harvest used in full
The mill is organised so that agricultural material is used as production, not as a leftover. Oil is pressed from seed; meal remains as a line of its own. Sesame is prepared as seed, hulled product and tahini. Fruit is dried or frozen according to the method the line is running.
That is how we avoid treating origin as a backdrop and processing as a trading overlay. What arrives from the land is worked on the dedicated line.
