Tahini is a sesame paste milled from sesame seed. Hulled sesame is the usual raw material for a smooth, light paste used in food manufacturing, bakery and condiment production.
Sesame is received as seed and processed at our own mill in Türkiye into hulled sesame, natural sesame and tahini.
